"As a newbie to AR I must admit I'm still getting my sea legs. I owe a round of applause to all you AR contributors! I am picking up great tips not only for Real Estate (but for life as we know it..."Surviving Your Serengetti"). My success? I have added the "missing blogging" piece to my business. I am determined to blog on a regular basis and AR keeps me focused. I am making some great new contacts and my regular blog posts are a well received addition to my web site. The positive feedback on my posts from clients and my sphere is resulting in new business and generating referrals from past clients! Looking forward to continued success -and thanks for the push in a new direction!"
Paul Strawn (Riley Jackon Real Estate)

"I have learned so much about blogging, social media and website performances that I started to take a formal course in Web Design. I love the creative aspect of web designing and the applications to my real estate world! Without ActiveRain helping me along the way, I would have never taken the initiative to formally take the course. Thank you to all of the SEO's & Realtor friends/bloggers of ActiveRain!"
Mary Douglas (United Country Ponderosa Realty)
"A person in my community saw my blog and invited me to join his Community Network! Without my ActiveRain blog I never would have had that opportunity to meet new people in my own community. I've also had the pleasure of meeting many real estate professionals across the country, and especially in Colorado. I truly love Colorado, the Real Estate business, and ActiveRain!"
David Farrell (David V. Farrell Co.) said about 22 hours ago,
"It is my opinion that the leads I have received from and generated by Active Rain in the past 2 years have made me more money than all the leads received from the five years I was Broker/Franchisee...."
Fajardo Delacruz (Century Homes Realty Group LLC.)

So I Listed......About 26 days after I have gotten the listing it was sold, closed and delivered!! Thank you very much..."
