WOW- GREAT BUY! My parents live in Mico and have thier home over looking the Lake Medina. They had the land for 20 plus years and finally built on it last year. The Medina Lake area is so beautiful with great deals. I've I was able to buy an investment at this time, this one would be a great consideration for the price.
