HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SELL A CAMPBELL, CA HOME?

In June 2011, it took 34 days, on average, to sell a Campbell CA home (Single Family Residence) according to the local Multiple Listing Service (MLSListings, Inc.)  That was 16% fewer days than the June average.  It was also the fewest number of days needed to sell since June 2006.
