Just when I think I have met the most stubborn person on Earth I defy that by meeting one that puts that to shame.
One that will risk losing it all and throwing away everything good they have coming to them just because they refused to see the light and step up to the plate. They risk hurting others and themselves by not being able to take the high road. Sure I worry about them , and the collision path and self destruction is not worth it. When we have so much invested in a project we need to listen, and we need to respect ourselves and others. You need to step up to the plate now. 
I can see it in people that own commercial properties and borrowed everything against them. They have lots of vacancies and now the bank is calling the note due or worst yet they risk losing a good thing. Selling that 
commercial real estate in Waukesha County could be a good idea. Buyers; there are dream purchases out there. It's gotten alot better, and buyers are out buying.
I see sellers of homes that did not tighten their belt and when you are used to living a high life it hurts when all of a sudden you find yourself slapping yourself a bologna sandwich rather than eating out every meal. I can totally understand with this one. So I ask you; if you are in need of , or wanting of selling your home why don't you? There are buyers out there and I see plenty of multiple counter offers. Why not make the move and step up to the plate. The time to think is now; not in a couple years. You really do have the whole world in your hand. Make it count. I will go that extra mile for you, I always have.
