Maybe you could post alternate directions, Joanne, so people would know how to get to your open house without hopping on the 405? Welcome to Active Rain, btw.

@Elizabeth:  Actually I was surprised to see that the traffic was extremely light!  When I arrived this morning in Sherman Oaks, I saw more police and parking enforcement on the streets.  Although the 405FW was closed, it did not stop visits coming to my open house.  There were three major freeways open and none of them were bogged down with traffic.  Most people stayed home.  Even the surface streets were quiet.  I had about 13 groups today, which was not too bad.

I spoke to a realtor in Brentwood (Los Angeles).  They plan to have their open house tomorrow as scheduled.  Although the prospect numbers may be low, but it only takes one offer.  Hopefully you had a great Saturday Elizabeth.  Thanks for the reminder.  I'll include a map with my post.
