You can reach Fairfield At St James by Route 347 and Moriches Road. Fairfield at St James was built as attached units with different exterior designs. There are Ranch style floor plans, upper and ground level units,  and 2 story townhouse designs.  The townhouses have 3 bedrooms, with the master on the main level and 2.5 baths.  The 1 and 2 bedroom units have either 1, 1.5 or 2 full baths.   

Some of the condos at Fairfield At St. James have enclosed sunrooms and some have a 1 car garage.  Each lower unit has a patio and the upper units have a balcony.  Since this is an established condo community, units here may need some updating. This is a maintenance free community where the lawns are maintained and the snow is removed. In the evenings and early mornings, Fairfield At St. James has a guard at the entry gate for your security. 

There is a pond, a relaxing gazebo, and a walking path around the community, but pets are not permitted.   Each unit has central air conditioning, washer and dryer, electric heat, and great closet space.  To give you an idea of what sales are like in this condo community, according to public records and the multiple listing service, there were in sales in Fairfield At St James from January 2011 through May 1, 2011 between $150,000 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo to $335,850 for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse.
