So far the middle Georgia summer has been brutally hot. So hot in fact, many buyers who weren't necessarily looking to purchase a home with a swimming pool have changed their mind.

Anita, I've heard Warner Robbins is a very nice place to live. Given you never recoup a pool investment but adds resale value in the resale, it's a great investment and value. I have it on my agenda to buy a custom home with a pool for the next one. Nice showcase; I need to do more of this.
