THIS IS NOT SOMETHING I'D LIKE TO SEE FOR WOBURN, MA! Almost 60% in volume and days on market up - almost 50%!  Though this must be the effect of Tax Credit in 2010, I guess.

Prayful - after reading through your local market posts I like the way you depict the trends and then explain them in plain english.  I think most people just want the short and sweet version you provide not all the fancy graphs that some including myself use. I do it both ways for those few who do want the fancy stuff
