Hey Ivan, I'm from your area originally, well Hollywood. I suggest when doing a homebuyer seminar you include your local mortgage lenders, they will educate the buyers for you and they normally provide lunch or snacks at no charge! It is a very helpful tool and a great way to get leads!!

I suggest having a Loan Officer, Insurance Agent, Escrow Closer (title co. rep) or lawyer, may consider also having a Home Inspector, Appraiser and of course a Realtor.

If you have all of the above do a brief presentation with a Q&A there will be little planning.  I would suggest also having the group of presenters get together to do a "mock presentation" so the presentation does not look like it was thrown together.

 Good luck to you.
