Christi-nice presentation, it looks like they, the banks had pretty good representation on their pricing. Best.
Great listing summary. In Charlotte NC or SC the banks price their homes about 10 to 15 % below the market for a sale within about 30 days. It is a strategy that seems to work and they get the price they want - or they are content to wait for several weeks before dropping the price.
Christi: Thanks for the Las Cruces market update. Best of success to you!
Thank you all for stopping by. It helps to know the banks have their own pricing strategy.
Ahhh it all depends on their pricing. Some are priced too low and some are too high. It really needs a set of human eyeballs and phenomenal negotiating skills to win the offer as you mentioned!
Good Morning Christi, a great post to inform clients about 'reasonable offers' on REO's.
