Home sales in Concordia at Lone Mountain West, a neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas, NV picked up slightly in the third quarter of 2007. Three homes closed, compared to just one in the second quarter and four in the first. This is down 20% from the first nine months of 2006 when ten homes sold.
The existing resale inventory of 19 homes (plus 1 with an accepted offer) represents about an 18-month supply. This indicates that sellers may need to make adjustments to their pricing and marketing in order to attract showings and offers. Homes in Concordia at Lone Mountain West have convenient access to the I-215 Beltway and are close to the recreational opportunities of Red Rock and Mount Charleston.
