Tuesday Morning From Bristol Tn Va....Have A Great Day!

River

It's a great day here in The Bristol Tn Va Area....As for the weather, the expected high today is 85 with mostly sunny skies. In some ways, during these lazy days of summer we are lulled into a sense of slowdown and relaxation. We get lost in thought as our eyes glaze over with the thought of escaping to a tropical place on a hot and sunny beach - or wherever your vacation destination may be! Then we are jerked back into reality as our phone buzzes/rings and comes to life reminding us of all the things we as agents must do for our clients. I myself keep a constant list of "to do" things that never seems to end. It's just part of my job that I love...

Today, I have a contract to get signed, I need to take photos of the items in a home that's being sold fully furnished so that there's no questions about things not being there when we do our final walk through, show some property and hopefully get a counter offer signed which will put one of my listings under contract!

Oh, that river looks very inviting, but you've got a pretty full day. We have a lot of homes here that are sold with the furnishings. Had one in TN that was a night mare as the seller (also realtor's up north) took tons of items out of the house that wasn't on their list of items to not convey. We had those photos of everything in the house and had them return items. Have a great Tuesday in Bristol!

I think the picture looks eerily similar to the river running behind the 45 acre farm with the "TROUT FISHING" in it. The same river that is on the farm I'm gonna buy from you (when I hit the lottery). LOL
