Neighborhood 51: (Classic Homes – Copper Ridge, Surrey Crest, & Vernon Hill)

·         This neighborhood is getting close to being sold out, with 5 lots available to build on and 11 inventory homes under construction.

·         We have some great incentives being offered this month, and if you’re hesitant about being around construction after moving in, this could be the time to build a home here.  Construction is estimated to be complete by the 1^st quarter of next year!

Neighborhood 54: (Estate Homes – Bluffton Cottage, Cumberland Hall, Morningside Lane, & Chamberlain)

·         Closings for homes purchased in this area would take place in the February/March of 2012 time frame.
