Richmond is having another hot summer and I continue to believe it is a great community in which to relocate and live. Here are some quick facts about our market.
In January of this year, the Richmond Association of Realtors reported that the Richmond housing market was slowing down. They reported that "the median number of 63.50 days that homes spent on the market before selling increased by 10 days or 18.69% in January 2011 compared to last year's same month at 53.50 days on the market."
