DAY 47 New construction (BOULDER CITY NV) TUSCANY RETREAT
We are finally getting to the home stretch and completion within a couple of weeks. We are at the point where the custom finishes inside are coming together. The kitchen features these beautiful custom maple cabinets and will have granite counter tops. Recessed lighting is ready to be installed. The large island is the focal point of the kitchen.
The family room has custom maple built in cabinets and shelving and a fireplace with a prewire above for a flat screen TV.
The master bath has custom tile surrounds with a decorative tumbled marble inset.
The trim paint on the exterior is being finished up.
This is the covered RV/boat parking that will be on the side of the home. You can see in the background the dramatic stone retaining walls that are located throughout the community.
