Kind of like real estate - sometimes you got to get in there and do a little digging and wrestling yourself instead of sitting on the shore or in the boat.
Wow - talk about my scary zone! I love the water but that looks like human bait. Maybe I watch too many critter shows!

Michele, you are exactly right. You can either play solitaire on the computer and complain about how bad things are, or you can prospect and be rewarded later.
Chris, Terry Sullivan( the man from Department of Environmental Protection who issued the permit to remove invasive species) said the biggest gator he saw on this lake was 14 feet long - but that was over a mile from this location.
Myrl, the neighbors seemed more concerned with water moccasins than gators.
