I am sure that many of you have seen and heard about this. Perhaps others have blogged about it. This caught my eye so I thought I would reshare it. Its a story about a Texas man how claimed a vacant home for $16. Now it looks like he is protected by law to STAY there unless the owners or bank get into a spendy legal battle.

No I had not seen that.  I have heard of adverse possession but did not know you filed something like that but it makes sense.
