Another busy day! If you haven't read the past 3 posts of this series, click here to catch up.
Yesterday, Tuesday, brought about many of my typical daily tasks. Edmond Real Estate can be demanding, and if you're doing your job, you stay busy with incoming offers, inspections, contract addendums and closings, and somewhere in there, you have to find time to stay in touch with past clients and get in touch with future ones. If you don't, you end up spending all your energy on closing your current transactions and then there's nothing else coming behind them to keep food on the table.
Here's where yesterday's activities took me:
Being seen in the neighborhoods on a regular basis shows home owners and buyers that you're an agent who's active and that you're actually working. So many people have this impression that REALTORS don't really work... that we're vacationing or shopping all the time... you know, spending those boatloads of money that we don't earn. As much as I might enjoy that, it's simply not true, and my clients know it, because they see me working. I love being able to wave to people who know me as I drive through a neighborhood. That's the sign that I'm building the relationships I want to build.

So, that's day 4. Come back tomorrow for more. See you then!
Ryan,
You make selling and listing exciting, keeping going and before you know it you'll dominate that market.
