I have been a short sale listing agent for several years. There are several reasons why I like short sale listings. Most of the reasons are related to - NO RESISTANCE.

1. The sellers in most instances do not resist price reductions.

2. All parties are on board to help make the short sale happen.

3. Properties are sold 'as is' so there are no repairs to deal with.

4. I have a system for processing that works well and flows easily.

5. Short sale homes are usually in better condition and sell for more than foreclosure homes. I feel like I contribute to keeping communities looking nice and prices at least alittle higher.
