Val, This is something to build referals, as a home stager you are dealing quite a bit with Home Owners either selling their house on their own or through a realator, now if you start listing FSBO properties within your area you would be able to offer either a realtor a referal in the like you would expect that the realator would provide you referals of clients they have that might be in need of a home stager. I am looking to form a realationship with a few home stagers in the Chicago Land area so I am able to offer their service to the FSBO's I am dealing with if they need a professional home stager. so this is another referal network that can be used by almost anyone. hope this helps.

I'm not sure what you are offering.  You have one offer in your post and then another in a comment.  Then I find your lik to your site and it is for 2 states only, from what I can tell.

 Then, as a REALTOR, I see no value - maybe it's just late and I'm overlooking something, but what are you specifically  offering.

John, What this program offers is a FSBO marketing that was designed to be used by Loan Officers to help the FSBO's sell their house through the use of a yard sign, call capture number that highlights the property and the property features. the benefit to a Realtor is on avg only 1 of 4 FSBO's sell by owner and the other 3 usually will at some point good with a Realtor to sell their house. the concept is that if the LO is currently working with the owner then a relationship has been built and if the owner decides to sell through a Realtor the LO would be able to refer a Realtor that the LO has a relationship with, thus you would be referred by the LO and obtain the seller as a new client to assist in the sale of their house.

For LO the main purpose for the LO should be keying in on the individuals that are calling in on the property, and working with these potential buyer on pre qualifying for a mortgage for the purchase of a hose either be the for sale by owner house they called in on or another house on the market they would be interested in.

The reason you only see two states at this point is that the site is new and really only started in late November, but currently we have affiliates signed up in PA, CO, TN and hopefully will be adding one in AZ very soon. to get a better idea of the program you can visit the affiliates link to byowner365.net at http://affiliates.byowner365.net/ this site will take you through a greater detail of what the program has to offer and explains more then I can do in this brief overview.
