Concrete storm cellar. Concrete floor metal shop & also a large barn are on the property. 19 acres, part has been used as a hay meadow.

That is an amazing deal!  Wow!  The only thing I don't like is the lighting in the kitchen--- but that wouldn't keep me from cookin' up a storm!   Also really like your SLIDE presentation-- I have done these for fun photo projects, but never for listings..hmmm.  You are giving me ideas!  K

Looks as if I will have to fight Andre to get this place.  It has almost everything I have ever wanted in a home.....the grill, the metal roof, geothermal heat, pine planking, etc.  And, proximity to one of the best realtors in the United States!

If I could move....I would pick this one up in a heartbeat.
