"You've got these homeowners with the falling-knife syndrome, where they want to get rid of their home before it falls any further in value."
On wait times for short sales:
"The wait times have become much shorter. As the short sale process becomes more important to America getting out of this deep, dark crisis we're in, I believe the lenders are going to do even more to accelerate the process."
