Presidio Place is located in zip code 92110 at the western edge of Mission Valley. It is a popular condominium community because of its location within walking distance of SeaWorld and Mission Bay Park, excellent property management, and strong owners' association. There are 402 units built from 1979 to 1981. Bedroom/bathroom floor plans include 1/1, 1/2, 2/2, 2/3, 3/2, and 3/3, and units range in size from 695 square feet to 1,834 square feet.
Amenities at Presidio Place include swimming pool, spa, picnic areas, water fountains and streams, club house, tennis courts, and
common area laundry facilities. Some units also have in-unit laundry areas.
Homeowner Association dues range from about $390 to about $500 a month, usually depending on condominium size, and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, sewer, water, trash pickup, and limited insurance.

A check with the FHA on June 21, 2011, indicates that Presidio Place is no longer FHA approved; approval expired May 31, 2011.
