Treasure Island, Lands End waterfront condos , how many parking spots do they have?

I was in Lands End Sunset Beach Treasure Island this morning, meeting an appraiser for a waterfront condo that we have under contract.

The appraiser had never been in Lands End so he had a ton of questions. We went to the onsite management office (helps a lot if a condo complex has one)

He got all but two questions answered.

How many parking spaces altogether.

Well there are 177 waterfront condos in Lands end, each one has at least one covered parking spot under the building and a few units have more than one spot and there is maybe 100 additional unassigned spaces out site but nobody knew exactly how many parking spaces Lands end here in Treasure Island had. I wonder why this would be important for an appraisal. Treasure Island, Lands End waterfront condos , how many parking spots do they have?
