In the category of Single Family Homes there were 179 sales. They ranged from a high list price of $749,877 that sold after 218 days on the market for $750,000. This home was a 4 bedroom, 4 bath with 2919 sq ft of living space.

At the other end of the spectrum was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with 625 sq ft that was listed and sold for $25,000 after only 4 days on the market!

On average for the first half of 2011 single family homes were on the market for 111 days.

In the category of townhomes, villas and condos there were 136 sales. These ranged from a high list price of $849,000 for a condo on Edgewater Drive that sold after 57 days on the market for $775,000. This was a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo with 3080 sq ft of living space.

On the least expensive end of this list is a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath bank owned condo with 725 sq ft that was listed for $24,900. This condo sold for $20,000 after being on the market for 80 days.
