Mary: Why did you choose to buy this particular home?

Sellers: We loved the idea of moving into a newly constructed home!  The home was turn key ready and we liked the idea of not having to move into a home that needed fixing up.  We were looking for a home with an open floor plan and we both thought the high ceilings were a plus.  Ashford Park is really convenient to our favorite stores in Foley, like Lowe's, Office Depot and Wal-mart.  If we need to grab something to eat or for work, it is just right around the corner.  

Mary: What upgrades have you added to the home over the years?

Sellers: We added ceiling fans in all the rooms shortly after we moved in.  We added new light fixtures and hardware in 2006 and decided to add the wood laminate flooring throughout the house and ceramic tile in the bathrooms in 2010.  The stainless LG kitchen appliances were just added in February of 2011.

Mary: What do you think you will miss most about life in Foley, AL?

Sellers: It would have to be how super convenient the location.  The beautiful gulf beaches are just right down the road and you can get great deals on designer clothes at the Tanger Outlet.  This house has been good to us and we will miss the joys of small town life.
