Some have asked if we have hit the bottom of the Las Vegas real estate market? If we look at the Las Vegas market we know that we will have to hire over 200,000 workers the next five to eight years to Las Vegas Casino-Hotel expansion. Land and construction expenses prevent builders from builder homes any cheaper....so they will not build which is evident when you visit construction sites.  Call us an Island like Hawaii or Manhattan Island but the Las Vegas valley is surrounded by the Bureau of Land Management, The Fish and Game plus Native American Property. Southern Nevada has less than 70,000 acres of develop-able land with builders and residents going through 9,000 to 10,000 acres annually. This will give Southern Nevada between five to seven years of property for new communities.
