Perceived edification or Truth?
I hate to think of myself as living in the dark ages. I use amazing marketing programs to capture buyer leads, I am endorsed by Glenn Beck and am the only agent in Central PA that uses radio advertising, I scan & fax and use my phone for emails & text. . . I thought I was pretty much ahead of my time for one of the agents that would be considered by most of the up and coming young agents - arcahic! Then I received a contract from an agent on the “West” Shore that used DocuSign. When I questioned her about it, she mentioned that she had one client in Ireland and the other was in Canada and that DocuSign made it easier for her to connect with them and get the signatures & initials that were needed without the documents being shrunk or ruined by the printer. Of course I pretended to know exactly what she was talking about!
I was definitely going to look into how DocuSign worked, but with having opened a new real estate company just a few months prior, my time was not my own and my quest to understand DocuSign faded. That was last Winter, now 6 months later I find this contest and my curiosity for how DocuSign could save me time, money & gas has been reignited. I will definitely sign up for the 30 day free trial and learn for myself whether the value of DocuSign is perceived edification or truth.
This post is a submission to the DocuSign/ActiveRain Electronic Signature Stories Contest. It's possible I will win a prize for writing this post. You could win a prize too by going to the Contest Announcement and sharing your own story!
