What's your favorite part of the newsletter?

With the internet, blogs, and newsletters -- frankly -- there's too much information. And not much of it seems useful until it relates to something that affects you now. For example, a travel tip about flying may not get noticed until you booked that fight to Maui. Suddenly, that tip may get reads. Same goes for real estate. If I just bought a house, do I really want to read month after month about home-buying tips. Not really.

Personally, I love quotes. That's what I read if the newsletter has them. I also like trivia, and recipes. I like snippets of useful information. And, I never like a newsletter to take more than few minutes to glance through. I feel like a newsletter should be informative and fun, not a chore.

But, how about you?

Newsletters, newspapers, magazines .......It's all about the pictures to get peoples attention. But well written, interesting, attention getting headings is what gets my attention and keeps me reading.

It's ok, but I think you should make a newsletter that is more personalized then comercialized.  Here's an example of mine, it's worked great for me.  I designed it myself and write my own articles...my sphere and past clients really seem to like it.

Good luck!

Tyghre, nice look, but to be honest, I wouldn't want to read month after month. See, I'm not looking to buy or sell real estate, and don't know you, so why would I read it? Your newsletter is better suited to prospects, not past clients who aren't active.

What was commercial about my sample. I do not think that word means what you think it means (said in the tone from the comedy).

 I did like Louie though.
