I have to share this: My Team Leader Karen Brown at the KW Littleton SW office handed out over a 100 water bottles with us at the Rockies game yesterday. I'm so blown away that my TL took the time to help me lead generate by standing in 90+ degree heat and make contacts for my business. Who does that?..... The next time I get a recruiting call and they ask me to make an appointment with them I'm going to ask them "when was the last time they stood in the summer heat at Coors field to help their agents lead generate? And if they want an appointment with me they can meet me a Coors field!"
Here are the results of 500 contacts in 2 hours.....
WOW! What a great day in my Real Estate Career! Although the Rockies didn't win (Jul 21, Atlanta Braves 9 - Colorado Rockies 6) I feel as a team we all won!
Here are my numbers 9 leads out of 500 in 2 hours.
Cost: .10 cents water + 3 cents for the color label and printing=.13 cents X 500 = $65 / 9 = $7.22 per lead. We are offering a drawing for 2 tickets @ $14.00 a per ticket = $28.00 bring the total lead cost to $7.22 + $3.11 = $10.33.
Pay for click cost us about $10.00 to $15.00 per lead.
The difference is there's an opportunity to have that one on one contact with people vs internet leads. I think if you did this consistently you would inevitability meet someone looking to buy, sell, invest in real estate or looking for a career change.
