Home for the Holidays

As we head full tilt into the Holiday Season many of us see this as a time to "slow down", spend time with friends and family, and recharge our batteries to get ready for 2007.  However, there are still many Buyers out there who still need to find their "Home for the Holidays".  Those that are being relocated - willingly or unwillingly.  Those that are first time home buyers wanting to close a deal before 12/31 for a tax break. 

So, we have to keep our business running.  Sure - on those official holidays when all and sundry are locked up tight, we will be too.  But we need to be available for those that need our professional assistance - more so than usual - because it's doubtful that a buyer buying at this time of year is doing so because they want to!

So, I hope all of you Rainers who are kicking back just a little bit, have a great Holiday Season.  I hope we don't experience a Rain Drain during the holidays and that the posts keep coming.  This has been a great couple of months on Active Rain - let's keep it rolling!
