It's hot. It's humid and we are all suffering. Add the stress of a seller who wants their home sold now or a buyer looking to find the perfect home and what do you get? You likely get short tempers and normally cool agents looking to take it out on someone.
Over the last few days I've gotten a few emails dripping with sacrasm that though I've been tempted to fire back an ugly response I've refrained. In a former life, or at least a few years ago my response would have been to lay into someone. A little bit of perspective in life has made me realize that as easy as it is to strike out it is far harder to pull back after the words have left our mouth...or keyboard.
If you're having a tough time keeping your cool while the temperatures and heat index soar above 100 degrees remember the weather will break. But if you've left the land around you sorched with flaming emails you might find when the weather cools down that you've left more than one person hot under the collar.
