After careful consideration my partner, Beverly Dillon and I, decided to leave our former brokerage for Schwartz Property Sales, Inc. I've always had a great relationship with the manager of the company so it was an easy decision.
We've spent the last 6 months trying to brand ourselves. We each have profiles on just about every site out there a Realtor can join.
And then, 6 months to the day that we joined Schwartz, the company bought out the local Century 21 franchise! I think it is a great thing, but dang, did I plaster that other logo all over the web or what? Lots of stuff to go change now!
Our new company is Century 21 Schwartz Realty. We've got 6 offices from Key Largo to Key West, so we have the entire Florida Keys covered! It's an exciting time for us all.
I began my career with Century 21 back in 1993 and I always loved the system. It's good to be back!
