SEO Blogging Coach- Are You Closing Business From Your Blog or Website?

Confused as to which website company to go with? Maybe you saw one of your competitor's sites and now want your site to look like theirs.

You may really like their website but are they getting solid leads from their website and getting some closed business? That is the question. Not all websites get a lot of traffic and not all websites convert that traffic into leads.

You can have the best website in the world but if no one finds your website- what good is your amazing site?

If you have a website- have you optimized it with the right keywords. I don't mean the keywords you think your prospects are looking for but the actual keywords they are typing into google to get the information they are searching for.

Phil- I do not do website design:) I do consulting and coaching and choose the right kind of real estate platform for small biz clients and then I point them to those I trust will do a great job in the site design. No I am not artistic in the least:) I don't have a clue about graphic design- well- I learned some through the designer that I use- but overall, not something I ever want to learn.

I do a lot because I have help. I could not do it without a great team support system behind me.:) especially the awesome support Nestor gives me. Katerina

John- You are correct. However, in our market, we have a lot of absentee owners. They move. They relocate. Then they need to short sale their homes. We go from online - the client finding us all the way to listing the property, negotiating the short sale for them to closing without ever meeting over 60 % of our clients. Katerina
