Is it hot enough for you? Vote for your choice- Heat wave or snow storm?

I dont know about you, but i am tired about hearing about the heat wave. It could be worse, it could be a week long blizzard... Coming off one of the longest and worst winters ever in New Hampshire, i am happy to see some heat, afterall spring kind of skipped over us.

It was not that long ago i was walking waste deep in snow to get access to homes.

FOR ME I PREFER SHOWING HOME IN THE SUNSHINE

So if you had the choice of being in a heat wave for 3 days or in a 3 day snow storm, which would you choose?

I'll take the heat any day. 25 days of 100+ heat here in Oklahoma.

Scott, I agree with you 100%.  I'll take sun over snow any time.  The only things that I don't like, that comes along with the heat, are the heat related medical issues (or worse).

There's something about a nice, warm, tropical setting that makes you feel good.  And you can't say that about a sub-zero temperature blizzard.

Mario, i love the warm breeze, but dont like the medical issues either, it is worse in the bigger cities where there are more people and less AC.

....Experience Isn't Expensive.... It's Priceless!

Good morning Scott,

I will take two months of heat (July and August are the worst here in the Dallas area) over many months of cold and snow!  Thanks for sharing the great pictures!

I, living in Texas, don't get to see snow very often and love it when it snows, so I would probably take the snow. My Listing Coordinator, my mom in real life, is the opposite. She grew up in Nebraska and hates the snow, so she would take the heat, although our 30+ days of over 100 degrees this summer is starting to wear on her.

What we would really like is some rain though. We've had less than 2" so far this year, so if you'll send us some rain, we'll send you some sunshine!

Hope you have a Great Weekend!!

Rachel yesterday was the first day we hit 100 in like forever. We had so much rain this spring we have more than enough to share. I would take that trade.

Al i need to remind everyone who was from here that traded the snow for year round sunshine what they are missing. These were vacant houses i had to walk through near chest deep snow to secure them. These are all my bpo pictures i took.

It's no contest - HEAT over snow any day of the week. At least you can get around and are not trapped in the house during the summer. I hate the winter.

Definitely Heat Wave!  Living in the Northern KY/Cincinnati area - we have our share of zero, near zero, wind chilling, bone chilling snow and ice storms! I hate winter!
