Love the first time buyers

We recently sold a townhome to a young couple who are first time home buyers. The satisfaction and enjoyment and the appreciation they had was something to be excited for them. Makes all the tough days we have in real estate all forgotten when you deal with great people who appreciate your efforts. We are grateful to have such wonderful people to work with. :)

Hi Dan I will agree I love first time home buyers, because they are so excited to own real estate and appreciative of every bit of what we do. Right now Im a little upset since I have just been burned on two deals with first time home buyers but trying not to let me down.

Working with FTHB's are awesome. I love seeing people get into their first home. What a great Joy. Better when they get in and are not pinching every cent they make to pay bills too. I am glad there are people like you to help FTHB.

Yes it is always awesome to work with this group of buyers no doubt they are my favorite.

I agree, in this challenging market it truly is nice to see a new family move into their first new home. You can't help but get caught up in the excitement and remember when you too were in their shoes. Hope you get to enjoy more of these situations.
