Hey Michael. Back from Vegas and just had to jump in the rain to cool off. I like your idea: if you like a property, make an offer..... Sometimes it's just simple common sense.
Hi Belinda -- as I told someone yesterday at my open house --- if you want to find a seller's motivation, write an offer. Once they know the level of a buyer's commitment to the home(or lack thereof) the better chance of moving forward. Welcome back!
