You must be getting feedback from some of the same genius agents I've been dealing with this week , LOL
The lower energy bills might show them why the house is dark!
That is a selling feature during the summer when the heat rises into triple digits.

I call them boneheads. I don't know what that means but they don't use their head for anything but to hold up their big hair. I love this area of Franklin and Cool Springs
Very interesting. Here in the desert we call those energy saving amenities!
Renee- here in the south they are energy saming ammenities also, but we also have realtors here (mostly from the north), who have never thought about blocking out the sun on a hot afternoon. I really appreciate intelligent realtors, but here it's about 50 percent.
