Homes sold in Emerald Isle NC for the week of July 17, 2011 to July 23, 2011 shows that 2 homes were put under contract to be sold and that five houses were closed and sold during that week. Of the two properties that were put under contract to be sold, one was located in the general city limits of Emerald Isle NC and the other was located in Surf Landing Cove subdivision in Emerald Isle NC.  Of the homes sold in Emerald Isle NC that week, two were located in Emerald Isle city limits, one was located in Queens Court, one was located in Emerald Landing subdivision, and the last was located in the subdivision of Jefferson's Place in Emerald Isle NC.
