The Market is normal

Fellow Realtors - Let's put a twist on all of the negative twist the media is playing on the current market over the past 12-18 months. The market is in fact stabalizing and returning to more normal levels versus the unprecedented gains that were made in the previous market conditions. LETS ALL PASS THE WORD THAT THE MARKET IS NOW NORMAL!! Maybe we can get the medi to start publicizing this fact and stop scaring potential buyers.

Thats would be considered good news. Their is no room in the Media for good news, the focus is on the bad news!

My buyers have been reaping the benifits of all the doom and gloom.

Ron, I am making presentations to local Rotary clubs stressing that very point. Rotarians are "movers and "shakers" in their community and can help us overcome the media negativity

Hey Ron, I'm only three years in the biz but I already recognize that all we are doing is getting back to a normal market. The difficulty is certainly in trying to get the media to stop with there constant over-dramatization!

I just saw Friday's edition of the Sun Gazzette (I believe it's for Vienna, VA area) and the front page has an article that says something to the effect of "Real Estate Returning to a Normal Market". It's a nice article, and just the news a lot of us wanted to see in the media :-)
