7 Comments on Royersford Home Inspectors aren't all the Same
Hi David, It is great to get referrals for your line of work. No not all Home Inspectors are the same or as thorough as another inspector. Some provide photos with their reports others do not. The point about going onto roofs is an important point, not all do that.
All the best.
Gloria
David, most of the home inspectors in our area join the REALTOR® board and get referral business.
Good Morning David, home inspectors are not 'created equal'. Excellent input for home buyers to review before the contract for a home inspection. In any state.
You are right the least important factor should be cost. In my 25 years in the business I have seen both good and poor inspectors. It was never the fee the charged that determined how good they were.
David, anyone can be a home inspector, and that is the danger! Realtors like to use EXPERIENCED home inspectors with ASHI credentials, and you obviously have those, as your posts are very knowledgeable!
Good post. We advise every home buyer to have a professional home inspection by an experienced inspector.
Have a great summer and be sure to take time for visits to Longwood Gardens.
Thanks for reading, everyone. We are working on getting the State to pass an actual licensing law instead of just requiring compliance. This will be even more protection for consumers.
