Resource of Knowledge

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Real Estate RS307443

Being a Realtor should be more than assisting consumers in the buying and selling process. We need to become a one stop shop for free real estate information. Realtors have the knowledge about their field, why not advertise and promote this information free of charge.

I believe that if we offer our information and knowledge for free, without expecting anything in return, that's when good things will happen. Let's make it known to everyone we come in contact with that if they have any real estate related questions or concerns, that they can call you and you will be able to assist them. And if you don't have the answers, you will get the answer for them or find out who does.

Let's also get the vendors we use on a regular bases involved. Imagine someone asks you about a particular home repair service that needs completed in their home. We can take that opportunity to provide a referral to one of the home repair specialists in our database. This would hopefully in return get the vendor thinking about you the next time someone asks them about a Realtor related question.

Remember, as a Realtor, we are a wealth of real estate knowledge, and we need to be the trusted source for all of our contacts to remember.
