19 Comments on Danville CUSTOM Home Staging: "ONE SIZE" Staging Does NOT Fit All!!
Kathy, I really like your before and after photos. Looks like you follow-through well in getting the homes sold!
hi Kathy ~ Fantastic examples of how professional home staging can enhance the appeal of a home on the market by 1000% :-)
The 2nd set of photos of the family room with the "before" photo showing the sofa blocking the cabinet/niche area illustrates why home sellers in Danville, Alamo and Contra Costa County need your expert guidance!
Kathy - and you are one "Sensational Home Stager" and the proof is in your amazing transformations. Everyone of these rooms went form ordinary to extraordinary and the vacant room looks bigger once you put furniture in it! Great job as always!
Kathy- great staging and equally impressive presentation of your work. You showed that each property is different and it doesn't have to take a lot. The large vacant family room would probably leave Buyers wondering what to do with that space. Great job!
Kathy, all your examples look great! My favorite is the kitchen. Paint made all the difference.
Kathy-You have provided great examples of the different staging scenarios that Slellers can invest in and the dramatically wonderful "after" pictures!
Vickie......Thank YOU! Nice hearing from a LOCAL realtor!!!
Maureen....As always I take that as HIGH praise coming from YOU! THANKS!!
Kristine......THANKS for all the nice thoughts!!! It was fun "Playing" with editing the photos!!
Kathy.......Thank you for stopping by...yes those big "open" spaces that everyone wants but most don't have a clue what to do with can turn buyers away!!
Janice......YES paint can be such an inexpensive way to upgrade a room....espically a Kitchen or Bath!! I sent this picture to an agent today who I have not worked with before and she emailed back....meet you on Friday for the consult. Guess she liked it too!!
Marianne....HELLO Boston!!!! THANKS and as with clothes (well other than mow mow's) one size doesn't fit all or even most!!!
I love, love, love seeing the before and afters! It's so much fun to see what a huge difference staging makes!
Hi Kathy--your work is so extraordinary and I love how you make the point that staging is unique to each home.
Great examples! LOVE those kitchen cabinets!
Very nice photos and beautiful staging Kathy
Hi Kathy, I so agree with you...no "cookie cutter" approaches to staging. Each home is a unique property and what may work in one home will not necessarily be appropriate in another. Thanks for sharing your "before" and "after" photos with us!
Irina.....It's true photos do tell the BEST story! THANK you for taking a look!
Janet....It also makes it more fun & interesting for me as well!!! THANKS for your kind words!
Teresa....I think paint is a GREAT investment! We have sooooo much 80's Oak in this area and paint gives it an instant update. I also love this color.....has a bit of green tones which worked in this home!
Cathy.....Thank YOU!!! Totally appreciate your feedback!
Diana.....Each house needs to "speak" and each has different needs....100% agree with you! THANKS!!!
Fabulous post & great examples of the many wonders of Home Staging! Very true...One Size does not fit ALL!! :)
Beautiful work, Kathy!
Janice.....THANK YOU!! Really appreciate your feedback!
Becky.....Thank you too for taking a look and commenting!
Hi Kathy, I love your before and after photos of your recent staging jobs, it is always amazing to me the transformation you see once this is done. I also wanted to thank you for taking the time to stop by my post about our dear Moose. I hope Cosmo gives you many years of friendship together.
Beautiful work, Kathy! I love that kitchen. I also love the way you present your before & after photos. Great job!
Chris
Kathy, great transformations. Love painted cabinets on the last photo. Huge impact and no need to change counter tops and appliances.
