How nice to hear about this sort of attitude. I have had buyers like that, and sellers too.

Hi Kathy,
There's a lot to be said for the buyers being able to call the sellers to ask questions after the transaction closes. I've even had a client become very close friends of the sellers.
Kathy, how refreshing to have such thoughtful buyers. Theres alot to be said for maintaining a good relationship with the previous homeowners. Thanks for sharing.
Kathy,
What a lovely story, and I have seen that before, where people became friends instead of one party feeling they bested each other. What a wonderful outcome, and given your sunny disposition, I am not surprised. I think that this will lead to more business for you. Way to Go! A
That was some smart buyers and they are right, what a better way to get information about a home than from the sellers. Making a bad experience from a seller isn't the way to do that.

Now that is a nice story, seriously. We see it all these days and can become a bit jaded.
Kathy ~ it is really great when the buyers and sellers get along! Win-win situations are so mportant!
Oh what smart buyers you have. No doubt you've coached them well! No need to burn any bridges during the negotiations.
