Thanks Karen! So many homes in the area haven't been updated anything like this one. It's in move-in condition! The sellers have taken great care of this home.
You are very welcome. I wish we had this type of home in the Fort Worth area, but they just cannot build anything that goes into the ground... like even a partial half-basement like many of these "quads" have. It's just a style of home that I really enjoyed. Very, very livable.
