I am getting two different listing in Kahului, Maui Hawaii. Both will be priced bellow market prices @ $399,000 Both of them are fixer uppers. One is a 8000 square foot lot 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. The other is a 11500 square foot lot 3 bedroom 1 bath. Both need some TLC. Yet the price and location are very good.

I am a contractor relocating to Maui in December. Would the owner of either fixer property be willing to let my wife and I come in and fix up these properties in exchange for rent while we search for a home?
I have 28 years experience in high-end home construction and great references. We owned and operated a design center for the past 2 years.
