Real Estate Recovery in  Warwick Township, Bucks County, Pa.

I have been working with a few buyers recently and when I try to set up appointments to show homes I am told that they just went under contract. This is good news for the real estate market in our area. It shows homes are selling. It is time for buyers sitting on the fence to get off the fence if they want to buy a house they like.

I looked up Trendmls and saw the statistics reported by Trend.

There were a total of 73 residential listings that settled in 2010 upto June 30,2010.

There are a total of 80 homes that sold in 2011 in the same period.

Gita - I have had that happen more lately, too.  "Sorry, sold".  But yes, it is a sign of the real estate recovery in Warwick Township.

Buyers cannot take their time anymore when they see something they really like - it could be gone tomorrow.
