- Along with getting an attractive price, comes the possibility of instant equity without having to wait years to acquire equity.
- Maybe you're looking for a fixer upper. Many foreclosures offer great opportunities to those looking to put their touch to a home. Being able to get a home "on sale", you'll have extra money to put towards your ideas of the perfect home. You'll find that some foreclosed homes will need repair and will therefore offer you this chance to perfect your home.
