Drees Homes has recently introduced DreesSpace, which is a signature floor plan that promotes spaciousness, openness and flow. Many homes offer vaulted ceilings with a wall of windows to create a more spacious feel in the family room. Kitchens tend to be open and combined with the family and breakfast rooms. They attempt to create a larger master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a sitting room. And they may customize a bonus room for buyers.

New Home Nashville TN Current Incentives
Drees Homes is currently offering a home theater promotion. With any build to order contract you will receive a custom designed home theater, with a value of more than $19,000. This home theater would include:
- Wall Mounted cinema screen with ceiling mounted from projector or plasma television
- 5.1 Surround sound system, including 5 speakers and 1 subwoofer
- Audio/video receiver, amplifier and progressive scan DVD player
- LCD Screen custom programmed remote control
Or if you do not care for the home theater, you can choose to have $19,000 in options chosen in the Drees Design Center for your new home.
Another offering they have is for the weekend of October 26, 27 and 28th on 1 particular home in the Inglehame Farms Subdivision with new homes in Brentwood, TN. The deal is $73,190 in savings on a 4365 sf home that also includes 600 sf of outdoor living.
Ford Custom Classic Homes

Primarily in Williamson County, TN, this Tennessee home builder offers grand southern-style homes to classic European Architecture. They claim architectural distinction with a focus on quality and value for custom luxury homes. They were awarded Best of Show for their Italian-villa style 2006 Parade of Homes submission in Annandale.
Builder's communities include: Franklin TN - The Highlands at Ladd Park, Westhaven, The Gates at Carlisle ; Thompson Station - Canterbury; Nashville, TN - LaurelBrooke; Brentwood, TN - Annandale and Windstone;
New Home Nashville TN Current Incentives
For the 4 homes currently available in the Canterbury Subdivison, they are offering $20,000 in upgrades. For any pre-sale homes, they are offering $10,000 in upgrades.
For spec homes in the Highlands at Ladd Park, they offer $15,000 for upgrades on spec homes.

This builder's communities reside in Spring Hill, TN at the Chapman's Retreat Community.
New Home Nashville TN Current Incentives
A $10,000 summer incentive is being offered to be used towards price reduction, closing costs, appliances, hardwood, etc. Also, in partnership with Mortgage Investor's Group, a $1,500 incentive is being offered when you use Francisco Pinzon & Mortgage Investors Group as a lender. I do not think this applies only towards Southern Accent Homes though.
John Maher Builders

This builder's communities reside in Spring Hill, TN at the following four locations: Wade's Grove, Wakefield, Newport Crossing and Williams Park. John Maher Builders was recognized as a Nashville Business Journal's 20th Annual Best in Business Awards winner and received 3 2007 Showcase of Homes awards. An approximate 2.5% buyer incentive (for a $399,900 JMB Home) on new contruction (just under $10,000) to use towards closing costs or upgrades.

Charles Raines Construction
About the Nashville TN New Home Builder
Charles Raines is a single family homebuilder in Spring Hill, TN for the Whispering Woods and Westview subdivisions.
New Home Nashville TN Current Incentives
The builder will pay $5,000 towards buyer's closing costs if they use their preferred lender. (Ask me about who it is). The builder is also giving a $1,000 gift card to either Lowe's, Badcock Furniture Store or Bear Creek Gardens at closing if contracted in October. I know this applies to Whispering Woods subdivision.
