There is another neighborhood in Lake Stevens called Amber Skyline. These homes range from a little under 1,300 sq ft to a little over 2,500 sq ft. There are 9 different housing designs to choose from, ranging from 3-5 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. Their prices range from the low 200's and rise depending on size and extra features. Once again I love Lake Stevens, if you've read my other blogs you already know, I love the atmosphere and the people. The schools have a wonderful staff and seem to really care about their students. This location is close to Cavelero Mid High, 8th and 9th grade, Lake Stevens Middle School, 6th and 7th grade, and several other new neighborhoods so your children will always have someone to play with. Lake Stevens is a wonderful place to live and to raise a family, I recommend this new neighborhood.
